Before you throw gently used school supplies away, PLEASE consider donating them to us. Simply Equal Education is working to ensure that children here in the United States understand their capacity as active agents for social change. We run interactive presentations and school supply drives. The supplies are then sent to Equatorial Guinea West Africa, to help support students who have no access to supplies. Those items that seem worthless to you could make all the difference to these kids that we had the opportunity to spend a semester working with. So, as you go through your supplies, and as the kids in your classes clean out their desks and lockers, please keep us in mind. Even better, all you have to do is collect the items in a box, and contact us, and we will come pick the items up from your classroom. We are even more than willing to provide the boxes to collect the supplies. This means no extra work for you, and all the difference to many children. Also, anyone who hasn't had the opportunity to see one of our presentations, we're more than happy to come do a presentation for your class. Don't want to do a whole packing and sorting party?
